Sourdough

I have recently completed my first class with EXCO entitled Bread!

We worked as a group to create and feed our individual Sourdough Starters. 

I grew up eating only homemade bread when I visited my Grandmother and dream to continue the legacy.  I did realize, however, that baking bread from your own starter can be a bit tricky...so it's a work in progress.  Either way, I'm proud to announce that my starter (second, because the first one died) is alive!!
